I worked at OP Financial Group as part of the Retail Customers team, tasked for the design and implementation of visual content. The operating environment was the financial sector, where I learned that clarity and accessibility of communications are key.

OP's communications deal with complex services and financial entities that must be presented to customers in an understandable and visually consistent manner across multiple channels.

For legal reasons I’m not able to show any delegate documents that I made visuals for or display the OP’s logo.

My role

  • Designed and implemented visual communication materials as part of campaigns and customer communications

  • Implemented animated instructional videos and infographics to clarify services and processes

  • Worked in close cooperation with communications, marketing and experts

I started with a communication need: what the user should understand and in what situation. I visualized the information into clear entities using animation, typography and information design. The solutions were designed to work in different channels and for different target groups.

The produced content supported OP's customer communications by offering clear and easy-to-understand visual solutions. The work required precision, responsibility and the ability to adapt visual design to a broader service and communication entity.
